Our team live by the belief that no two clients are the same and as a result there is no definite pricing. Our fees are flexible and will be based on the complexity of your brief, the specifics of your project and the level of services required. Our fees are designed to fairly reflect the task you set us.
As our fees are structured in accordance with your requirements consequently you can also choose from several fee structures available including fixed quotes, percentage fees, retainer fees or an hourly rate fee.
Prior to starting, we listen to what you want including your desired fee structure then clearly set out our fees in a written quote or comprehensive schedule of fees.
Remember, our fees are always designed to fairly reflect the services you require and as an investor, fees charged can often mean the difference between a positive cash flow property and a negative geared property, especially on properties under $200,000.
